My path into holistic massage was born this way: not as a straight line, but as a weave of experiences, people, and teachings that came together over time.

My name is Marco Balia, and I chose this path as part of a personal search. A search that is still ongoing.

United Kingdom: Encounters That Shape the Path

One of the most important stages of my journey was in the United Kingdom.

It was a place of learning, but above all, a place of encounters. The kind that arrive at the right moment and change how you see things.

Among them, meeting a Hawaiian teacher who shared something that goes beyond technique. Through her guidance, I discovered a more fluid, intuitive, and deeper approach.

A way of working where touch is not just pressure, but presence. Not just manual skill, but intention.

That experience left a lasting mark on how I treat and perceive the body.

Thailand: The Body as Energy

Later, my journey took me to Thailandia.

Here, I encountered a different vision of the body: not just a physical structure, but a system of energy in motion.

Thai massage taught me that tension is not simply something to release. It is often a signal, a blockage, a point where the flow has been interrupted.

From that moment, I began to see the body in a broader way. Not just muscles, but connections.

Cagliari: Where the Journey Continues

The journey, however, does not end far away. It continues every day, here.

Today I work and continue my training in Cagliari, in the heart of the city.

Here I am deepening my studies in reflexology, guided by a teacher I consider a true mentor.

A path that is once again teaching me how the body is a complex map, where every point is connected to something greater.
