Hello, I'm Marco Balia.
Since 2022, I have been dedicated to integrated bodywork, a personalized approach focused on releasing deep-seated tension, enhancing freedom of movement, and restoring the body's natural balance.
My training has taken place in a variety of international settings, where I studied different bodywork traditions and methodologies. These experiences now come together in a refined, highly personalized practice.
Each treatment combines tension release techniques with guided mobilization sequences to create more space in the body, greater ease of movement, and a deep sense of harmony between structure and motion.
